One thing for the novices, in the Czech Republic a female adds "ová" to the end of the surname - thus Ficenec becomes Ficenecová

Ideally, as we get more, we'll finally link these all up with the American Ficenec's as well, as we surely all have common Bohemian ancestors just a few generations back.
